Do you require a long-term contract? +
No. Month to month. I earn your continued business through results.
How quickly can you onboard? +
Most clients are fully onboarded within 3 to 5 business days.
How do we communicate remotely? +
Email and scheduled check-ins, primarily. I adapt to the tools you already use, Slack, Google Workspace, or simply email.
How is sensitive information shared securely? +
Through encrypted, password-protected methods. I follow strict confidentiality practices and am happy to sign an NDA before we begin.
Can I customize my package? +
Yes. If none of the standard packages fit, we scope something specifically for you.
Do you offer one-time projects? +

How does invoicing work? +
Invoices are issued at the start of each month. Payment due within 15 days. E-Transfer is the primary method.
